Fire Pump on Boat | Western Taney County Fire Protection District
About a month ago the motor on our fire pump on boat 2 (Taneycomo) broke beyond repairs. This week, the replacement motor arrived and our mechanic Matt Dilley put it together and it is back in the boat. The motor is running great and pumping well. It’s not the best time of year to hang out on the lake, however, the pump is back in service and in the pictures you see it pumping over 500 gallons of water per minute.
