Our community partner, Stone County Health Department, offers a FREE weekly exercise program for Parkinson's families!
This exercise class offers a variety of low-impact activities that are based around improving the symptoms associated with PD. It's a great class for beginners and incorporates movements that assist with everyday activities of daily living.
In addition, they offer a Parkinson's support group following the exercise class. The meeting is held the 1st Thursday of the month and will often have local professionals speak on PD-related topics. We look forward to seeing you there!!
