Update on Hiring Class 22-2!

Several of our new hire trainees are nearing completion of their training, and several more will be finishing up in the next few weeks. They have worked hard over the last several weeks to get through their Classroom Phase, Growth Phase, and rounding out their Evaluation Phase.

In these photos you can see EMT Emily Riggert learning our medical stock on our first-in bag, EMT Aaron Weaver practicing driving, and EMT Allyson Whorton completing mapping training.

Once they complete their evaluation phase, new hire employees will be placed on probationary status and assigned to shift to work with experienced providers until they complete their probationary period.
