Meet the Medics Monday!
Robert joined TCAD in 2018 as an EMD and worked his way up and is now a Communication Training Officer II. As a CTO II he works as an Emergency Medical Dispatcher, but also is responsible for training new EMDs and for performing QA/QI.
Robert holds several certifications as a dispatcher such as Emergency Medical Dispatcher and Public Safety Telecommunicator. He serves on several committees including our MCI committee, Dispatch Review Committee and Response Taskforce. Robert also works for Western Taney County Fire Department as a firefighter.
