Branson Waves Youth Swim Team opens registration for summer program

Registration has opened for the 2025 Branson Waves Swim Team, according to an announcement from the Branson Parks & Recreation Department. The summer swim program is available for youth between the ages of 4 and 18, with participants required to be at least 4 years old by May 1, 2025.

The team will participate in the Southwest Missouri Summer Swim League alongside other community pools and teams from the Springfield area during the summer months. Practices are scheduled on weeknights starting May 19 from 6:00 p.m. to 7:15 p.m., with additional morning practices beginning May 27 from 7:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. The dates for swim meets will be announced at a later time.

Registration costs $85 per swimmer or $80 for residents of Branson. There is a $5 discount for siblings and a $10 late fee applies to registrations submitted after May 16.

A parent meeting is set for Monday, May 19 at 6:00 p.m. at the Branson RecPlex.
