Branson Parks & Recreation will host its annual Arbor Day Celebration on Friday, April 18, 2025, at Sunset Park, located at 869 Sunset Lane. The event is scheduled to begin at 10 a.m.

City staff and community volunteers plan to plant five trees during the celebration. These include three Kentucky coffee trees and two weeping willow trees. In addition to tree planting, attendees can participate in a nature-themed scavenger hunt and receive free tree seedlings.

The Shepherd of the Hills Garden Club provided a donation for this year’s event. “A special thank you to the Shepherd of the Hills Garden Club for their generous donation for this event!” organizers stated.

Residents, community members, and local businesses are encouraged to attend and join in the activities.
