The Branson Parks & Recreation Department is organizing a job fair to fill several seasonal positions for the upcoming summer. The event will take place on Saturday, March 14, from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at the Branson RecPlex, located at 1501 Branson Hills Parkway.
The department is seeking applicants for roles such as lifeguards, concessionaires, day camp counselors, gate attendants, and swim team coaches. These positions are open to teenagers, college students, teachers on summer break, and others interested in temporary employment in Branson.
According to the department’s announcement: “The Branson Parks & Recreation Summer Job Fair is the perfect opportunity to explore a variety of fun and flexible summer jobs, including:
Lifeguards – Enjoy the sun while ensuring a safe and fun environment at our outdoor AquaPlex pool.
Concessionaires – Serve up smiles and snacks at our concession stands.
Day Camp Counselors – Have a blast leading activities and field trips for kids in a dynamic camp setting.
Gate Attendant – Be the first smile to greet guests into the AquaPlex pool.
Swim Team Coach – Lead the Branson Waves Summer Swim Team competitive swimmers in the Southwest Missouri Conference.”
The statement adds that these roles provide an opportunity to gain work experience and interact with new people during the summer months.

Applications will also be accepted onsite during the job fair, where interviews may be conducted immediately. Representatives from each division will be present to answer questions about available positions.
